Tonight we had a small but good crowd.
Ryan on his Fixxie( how does he do that?)
Mike B on his first official group ride( hope to see him back for more, you too Angie!!)
Natalie testing the waters, she just completed her first ever triathalon last weekend and is a Team in Training partner with GHSH team member Kayla Redding. Glad to have you all out and hope to see more of you next week. Next week we will be moving our start times to 6:00 PM.

On another note here is a good podcast if you have the time to listen it is worth it.
